Howard is an Executive V.P. with Beitler Commercial Realty Services in their corporate headquarters office in Brentwood, California. He specializes in the field of Hospitality & Restaurant related Real Estate and Operating Businesses, as a Representative, Consultant and/or Partner for the acquisition, disposition & development of Hotels, Resorts & Restaurants nationally and internationally, and the placement of foreign and domestic equity throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. Mr. Cohen's strengths in site selection, lease and sale negotiations and marketing, and development packaging, has resulted in a prestigious clientele that have relied heavily on his skills.

With more than thirty years as a Real Estate professional, and as an officer of Beitler Commercial Realty Services for the past twenty years, Howard sincerely loves his work. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The Commercial Network International (“TCN”) with offices in major cities throughout Europe, Asia & the U.S., The Business Opportunity Council of California (BOCC), and is licensed with the State of California, Bureau of Collections and Investigative Services. Howard attended California State University at Los Angeles, U.C.L.A. (extension), and graduated from Santa Monica College with a major in Business Administration. Along with his wife and operating Partner J.J., has owned and successfully operated J.J.'s Café by Sony Film Studios for the past (22) years, giving him a unique perspective on what makes a restaurant successful. Howard is a Partner/Investor in Pacific Rim Coastal Hotels. Howard is the Director of Real Estate for Aquarium Developments Corporation, the celebrated Developer of "World Class Aqauriums", and a Real Estate Consultant to Frank Theatres & Superplay USA, the Family Entertainment destination.
