  Mr. Green has been involved in commercial real estate since 1992. He presently serves as Vice President of Beitler Commercial's Orange County Office, specializing in Investment Sales, Development Site Acquisition and Corporate Advisory Services.

Mr. Green joined Beitler in 2002 after five years as Vice President at ITC Real Estate Group in Irvine, CA, where he specialized in representing companies across the United States with their office, retail, and industrial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and development needs. At ITC, Mr. Green was in charge of the repositioning of several retail, industrial and office assets. The work involved close interaction with city council members as well as city development/planning staff on a regular basis. Additionally, he had concurrent interactions with contractors and existing and future tenants in order to efficiently maximize the value of the client's property. Mr. Green was consistently a top producer for ITC, where he achieved Broker of the Year awards for two consecutive years with career closed transaction amounts in excess of Two Hundred Fifty Million Dollars.

One of Mr. Green's current exclusive assignments is to locate a new retail sales location for Traveland USA, the worlds largest R.V. Sales and Service Group. The proposed new site will be approximately 70 acres and cost in excess of $100,000,000 to fully develop. Many of the R.V. industries top manufacturers and dealers, such as Winnebago, Air Stream, Fleetwood, Leer, Tahoe, Saddleback R.V. and Giant R.V. will be co-tenants in this record breaking development. Mr. Green will be involved with all aspects of this project including entitlement, planning, marketing, financing, lease and sale negotiations of individual parcels within the development.

Mr. Green is currently and has been advisor to, or involved with as an exclusive agent to many institutional, national, regional real estate or development companies, such as Sumitomo Bank, Opus Southwest, Modern Continental Companies, Kilroy Realty, El Dorado Bank, Ikea-USA, Wells Fargo Bank, Crown Life Insurance, FDIC, Ivy Property Group, Sanwa Bank, The Cities of Fontana, San Juan Capistrano, Lake Forest, Dana Point, San Dimas, Laguna Beach, Hermosa Beach, Salinas and Nevada City, Kaiser Permanente, Western Growers Association, Traveland USA, Huntington National Bank, 24 Hour Fitness, Trader Joe's and Edison Energy.
